All Shampoos to be diluted from 4 to 10 times depends on the condition of the coat.

* Gentle to Skin, your hands, Not tested on Animals, bio degradable.
* Concentrated - Factory original recommendation is 4 times, but ourselves uses around 10  times. So depends on the coat, 3, 6 - 10 times accordingly. (Super Hydration and Silky Smooth range has natural oil, so if you would like to hydrate the coat more, use 3 - 6 but never too much shampoo.
