The General Contract Between us (MD10 Ltd) and you (clients):

Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with MD10 Ltd must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. 

Once payment has been received, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. MD10's acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.

MD10 Ltd is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.


Cancelation of your order:

You are able to cancel your order "prior to shipping with no cost penalty" being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken.

Delivery:

We use Royal Mail Service for delivery. For UK Customer, "Royal Mail Signed for" service is used as a default.

We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

We will try to dispatch the products on the next day of the receipt of your order, however in general, orders will be dispatched on Monday, Wednesday and Friday except British Bank Holidays.

If you would like to receive the products urgently, please call us on 020-8661-7703 prior to order on-line. We can arrange the best option for you.

Products Returns: 

Please contact us on 020-8661-7703 as soon as possible if the products you received are damaged or faulty or wrong products, then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days.

If you need to return a product purchased from us with other reasons, you have 28 days to do so. The returned goods MUST NOT BEING USED and in a resalable condition.

Once the goods are received by us in satisfactory condition, we will be happy to issue a replacement or refund. 

You will be liable for any postage costs incurred in returning the item to us unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we will refund your postage costs. 

You will also be liable for the true cost of the postage for any replacement items issued, unless the replacement is for a faulty, damaged or incorrect item.
